As of late on October 22, there appears to be a system-wide Google My Business (GMB) product listing glitch that is resulting in product listing text and details to not populate when a business profile is seen on a search engine result page, both on desktop and mobile.
Once you click into an individual product, the details once again populate correctly. Google has not confirmed this issue, however we are seeing this across a multitude of companies and industries.
As of October 28, 2020 this glitch appears to have been fixed.
